Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed confidence in Trump’s approach, recalling their September meeting where they discussed Ukraine-U.S. strategic initiatives and the “Victory Plan” to address Russian aggression. Zelensky praised Trump’s “peace through strength” philosophy, emphasizing its potential to advance peace in Ukraine. “We look forward to an era of a strong United States under President Trump’s decisive leadership,” he remarked.
