The Divine Mandate Team, the leading force in the forthcoming December 9 Oyo State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Election, has rolled out heartfelt tributes as it celebrates one of its most influential pillars, Dupe Fehintola, fondly and proudly known within the movement as “The Critical Stakeholder.”
In an exceptionally warm and powerfully worded birthday message jointly endorsed by more than 200 members of the Divine Mandate Team, Fehintola was described in glowing terms befitting a dependable general, an unshakable loyalist, and a woman whose presence strengthens every space she walks into.
The team wrote:
“We are exceedingly joyful to celebrate you—one of our most treasured personalities, a dependable pillar, a tireless mobilizer, and an embodiment of courage. Highlighting her rare qualities, the message further noted:

Everything about you carries weight: your boldness, which intimidates your adversaries; your sincerity, which distinguishes you from the easily compromised; your patriotism, which commands applause; your reliability, which makes you indispensable among people of integrity; your consistency, which has become the lifeblood of our movement; and of course, your fearless personality—Mama Gaddafi—an aura that sends tremors through the camp of detractors.”
The message also emphasized that Fehintola’s straightforwardness, discipline, compassion and principled soul remain qualities worthy of honour and celebration.
“Today, we proudly join your family, friends, admirers, colleagues, and the larger Divine Mandate family to celebrate the mercy, grace, protection, and undeniable favour of God upon your life as you begin another chapter.”
The team prayed for greater glory in her new year:
“May God grant you uncommon grace, unmatched favour, divine protection, excellent health, and limitless prosperity. May this new year lift you higher and surround you with blessings beyond measure. Amen.”
