Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has launched a transformative cash empowerment program aimed at improving the economic well-being of women across his constituency. The initiative, which kicked off with hundreds of beneficiaries in Ibadan North Local Government, seeks to alleviate poverty and enhance financial independence for women at the grassroots.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media, Akeem Abas, Senator Alli affirmed that the program would extend to other local governments within the Oyo South Senatorial District in the coming weeks, emphasizing his commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.
“This is just the beginning of a series of initiatives to uplift our women economically,” Senator Alli stated. “When women are financially empowered, the ripple effect benefits families and entire communities.
